Healthier Spaghetti

Spaghetti
1lb ground turkey
Can spaghetti sauce
Wheat noodles
Italian Seasoning
Onion (optional)
Diced Italian Tomato Can (optional)

Ground the turkey in a pan, add Italian seasoning to the meat. I add diced onions if I have extra to the turkey half way through. Drain if needed. Add can of diced Italian tomatoes (if you can afford the extra cost) and sauce. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Prepare noodles as directed. Serve.
